Anxiety, passions, emotional distress and stress in general is at an all time high. That means interacting with one another can escalate to aggressive quickly.
Given that you have A LOT on your mind and a lot of activation due to COVID stress, election stress, holiday stress, homeschool stress, unemployment stress, etc. I created this convenient card deck that can travel with you anywhere.
This card deck contains 24 (with room to add more) mindful questions to ask yourself BEFORE reacting to someone's bullshit. Trust me, they work.
In addition, it is evidence based that if you train your brain to take a minute and mindfully think before reacting emotionally you will have less stress. Doesn't that sound nice?
Attach the card deck to your key chain, backpack or throw in your bag...when you're feeling anxious open it up and do as many of the short exercises to help your brain relax and refocus.
